Prices and offers for individual reservations, and subject to a limited number of rooms and special minimum stay conditions. Rates include taxes. All reservations must be accompanied by at least one main client name per room, as well as the DNI, NIE or passport in the case of reservations with some type of non-refundable prepayment. The hotel does not accept reservations for more than 3 rooms or with different locators under the name of the same person, nor does it accept group reservations or events through our booking engine. If detected, the hotel will immediately cancel these reservations as they are considered blocked, group or lead name. The establishment guarantees the reservation that would have been confirmed until 00:00 on the day of arrival. After 00:00 hours on the day of arrival without the arrival or notice of late arrival by the client, non-attendance will be understood for all purposes as No Show, producing the issuance and charge to the client of the expenses stipulated in the reserved rate.
The reception may ask clients for an official document proving the age of the children. In case of not bringing it, the adult rate will be applied.

The opening of the Hotel and its facilities, as well as the services and activities offered, will be conditioned to changes and/or restrictions by regulations of the competent authorities and to the necessary occupation so that all the services provided can be provided with the usual quality of the Hotel. All the information is at your disposal both at the Hotel and on the official website. The confirmation of this reservation entails the commitment to comply with the established measures.
The reservation that has just been made has been confirmed and guaranteed with a credit card. It is your responsibility to ensure that your data is correct and valid. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the information provided is not correct, part of it is missing or there are indications of fraud. Depending on the rate chosen, the reservation will not be paid yet. When the cancellation period has expired, the hotel may require payment of the total amount of the stay. Payment at the hotel will only be authorized in those rates that explicitly indicate it.
If you have chosen a non-refundable or partially non-refundable rate, the amount will be charged at the time the reservation is made with the credit card provided through our payment gateway. Please note that due to regulations on credit card payments, you. you'll need to authenticate the purchase through the card issuer's app or whatever method your bank has determined. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the arrival date or to check the validity of the card. If the card is not operational or invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice, and may require payment of the expenses incurred according to the cancellation conditions of your rate. If you wish, you can make a new reservation, but applying the current conditions and promotions, canceling the previous ones. The hotel accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, and cash.
According to Law 11/2021 of 07/09/2021, published in the BOE on 07/10/2021 article 18, by which measures are adopted in the tax field, we must inform you that, from July 12 From 2021, cash payments will have a maximum limit of 1,000 euros. In the event that the client is a "natural person who does not reside in Spain", the limit is set at €10,000. We put at your disposal a bank transfer payment system that you can request before the expiration of the free cancellation period.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of No Show (no show) or early departure during your stay, the total amount of the stay will be charged. Regarding modifications, you will not receive any refund if the price of the stay, at the time of making the change, is lower than the price of the stay when you made the reservation.
If you have booked your arrival on the same day as your reservation, your room will be guaranteed until 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. From 5:00 p.m. the hotel can have the room for another reservation. If you arrive later than 5:00 p.m., please contact the hotel to make the prepayment.
Your reservation is guaranteed until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. After 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival without the client having given notice of their late arrival, non-attendance will be understood for all purposes as No Show, producing the issuance and charge to the client of the expenses stipulated in the rate. reserved.
For security reasons, the cancellation of a reservation must be made through the official website or in writing. Children from 2 to 12 years old, both included. Children up to 2 years old: Free sharing room and bed with parents. Cots are on request and free until the quota is exhausted. We do not accept pets.
The Hotel does not allow the celebration of parties, including bachelor parties. Reservations that are part of an event or wedding/celebration must indicate this to the hotel since they will be considered as a group and particular conditions will apply.
Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. We make every effort to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type occurs, at all times beyond the control of the Hotel, said error will be corrected as soon as possible, and the user will be provided with the information and options established in current legislation. Upon arrival at the hotel, the same credit card used in your reservation will be required and must be presented along with the DNI.
